Luke believed in helping others find light in the darkness.

Through Light Up Wellbeing, my daughter Jasmin carries his light forward in her own way.

Lighting the way for more supportive and inclusive communities.

Light Up Wellbeing was founded in 2025 as a tribute to my  brother, Luke.

Luke was larger than life, full of energy, compassion, and humour.

But behind the brightness, he struggled deeply with his mental health. In 2024, Luke tragically took his own life.

In the wake of his passing, I faced a crossroads. Unsure of where to turn or whether to continue working in the mental health space, I chose to honour Luke’s legacy in the most meaningful way I could.

By helping others access the support he always wanted people to have.

Light Up Wellbeing exists to equip businesses, communities, and individuals to talk openly about mental health and suicide, and to take action.

We offer training, resources, and consultancy designed to foster safe, supportive environments where people feel seen, heard, and empowered.

Our work is grounded in compassion, lived experience, and a commitment to making mental health support accessible and stigma-free.

Together, Rock Through Life and Light Up Wellbeing provide Suicide Prevention and Mental Health Awareness training to reduce stigma, raise awareness and to equip people to have the knowledge, tools and skills to be able to hold mental health and wellbeing conversations and signpost people to the help and support they need.

Alongside, Rock Through Life provides the roadmap to take the guesswork out of managing and improving our mental health and wellbeing through knowledge, evidence based tools and resources and the coaching to change our habits and keep it all going within a safe and supportive community where we feel seen, listened to and heard.

Together, we take Luke’s legacy forward.
